Delicacy with an attractive taste. To be eaten with medium and long maturity cheese. Excellent with foie-gras, raw fish and grilled tuna.
It is made on the recipe of the Chef Fabio Bonavia from the Restaurant BABETTE in Albenga - Savona (SV).
